I have been part of Grid Dynamics family for more than five years and each of those years provided me with new challenges and opportunities to grow both as a professional and as a person. Thanks to the company, I had a chance to travel around the world, meet new people of different cultures and nationalities, and have an amazing time both inside and outside of the office space. With our team, I delivered multiple releases for world-famous clients and at the same time had a chance to swim in two oceans within one month. For hundreds of our employees, Grid Dynamics is more than just a job, it’s a place of inspiration, a source of great ideas, and a gateway to the world they would like to be part of.

Grid Dynamics provides plenty of professional growth opportunities. I work on a lot of diverse projects with popular technologies, the newest workstations, and everything else that is needed for the work could be easily arranged: monitors, mobile devices, workstations, you name it. Grid Dynamics has a lot of competent specialists. Management is always very transparent in its communication with employees: at least once a year, they come to the office and offer important updates on the state of the company, which is very useful.

At Grid Dynamics I consistently enjoy a flexible schedule and working on large-scale projects. There are opportunities to work with new technologies (depends on the project, but I have not yet met a customer that was against improvements). Taking initiative is welcomed at Grid Dynamics, hence the opportunity to "feel" something new. And of course, you have the chance to work with a wonderful team.

I can say that the development prospects in the company are very wide! If you want to work with certain technologies, they will give you a project! If you want to study technologies, there is a whole internal university that covers various courses from the education sites like Coursera, Udemy. etc. Cloud certification is also included here. What's more, there's a lot of material benefits, such as the fact that you work almost exclusively with Macbooks. There are plenty of opportunities for business trips, which are available even to capable junior developers.

I've work at Grid Dynamics for about a year, and concerning my project and teammates, I have to say I'm pretty lucky. It being built with the latest technology and not with legacy code. Many of Grid Dynamics' clients are top companies from Fortune-1000. The main surprise was that Grid's developers are really working with these clients now, and it's not a small project they did ten years ago.

I have been working at Grid Dynamics for over a month. The recruitment process went pretty easily. Good specialists conducted interviews and we had a very high-quality conversation. They issued me a new Macbook and warmly welcomed me to the team. After Russia invaded Ukraine, Grid Dynamics helped me and other Kharkiv employees to hide from shelling and get out of the city, despite the difficult situation. The office in Lviv accepted refugees (including my wife, although she does not work for the company) and helped us find housing. I am proud to work for this company.

I have been working at Grid Dynamics for more than 2 years. In previous companies, I was ready to move on after a year, but that's not the case here. I like everything about my job. You can choose to relocate or work from home. There are also plenty of opportunities for professional development. Modern equipment is issued for work. After the start of the war, they helped a lot of Ukrainians by moving us and our families to safer locations. They help everyone they can, for which I am sincerely grateful to all!
