Senior QA Engineer (Performance)

Essential functions
- Analyze business, functional and technical requirements
- Develop Performance tests for highly loaded distributed system
- Analyze test results and profile explanations and solutions
- Participate in creating QA performance courses in the company
- Share knowledge and best practices from the Performance QA area
- Configure CI test runs, collect metrics of test automation execution
- Collaborate with customer and teams in other locations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in performance testing
- Hands-on experience with profilers, tracers, and performance monitoring
- Hands-on experience with Jmeter or Gatling
- Knowledge of minimum 1 programming language (Scala or Python preferable)
- Monitoring experience Grafana / Splunk / New Relic or equivalent
- Ability to analyze architectures and possible designs for potential problems
- Good knowledge of operating systems (Linux at first)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Would be a plus
- Practical experience in building performance test automation pipelines
- Experience with Agile methodologies
