We are in search of a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team dedicated to advancing Consent, Identity & Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities. As a Business Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the development and optimization of the cutting-edge C&ID and SSO product. Your technical acumen, motivation, and proactive approach will play a pivotal role in the design and deployment of solutions that streamline consumer authentication and enhance data security.    

Responsibilities :   

  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product owners, Front-end Developers, Back-end Developers and other stakeholders, to gather and analyze business requirements specific to product epics and actionable sprint plans; In this role, you will work in tandem with client business units to deeply understand their use case needs, challenges, and objectives, ensuring a seamless alignment between business goals and the technical solutions provided by our C&ID and SSO product.
  • Serving as the leader in documentation efforts, you will create clear and comprehensive requirements documents, user stories, and process flows to guide our development team in building a robust C&ID and SSO product. Conducting thorough data analysis and mapping exercises, you will ensure the accurate and efficient flow of data within our SSO and Consent platform.
  • Acting as a liaison between business units and the development team, you will skillfully translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring seamless communication and understanding. Assisting in the identification and C&ID and SSO product meets both business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize features, functionalities, and enhancements based on business value and impact will be a key aspect of your contribution. Your participation in regular meetings, status updates, and project planning sessions will keep all stakeholders well-informed of progress and potential issues. Additionally, your commitment to the continuous improvement of data-related processes will be evident as you suggest and implement enhancements to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our C&ID and SSO product.

Requirements :   

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience as a business analyst, junior product owner data professional
  • Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Previous experience working on projects involving the development or enhancement of C&ID and SSO solutions such as Forgerock, Auth0, OKTA and OneTrust (!).
  • Proficient in creating clear and comprehensive documentation, including requirements documents, user stories, and process flows.
  • Attention to detail in documenting technical specifications and data-related workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration between business units and the development team.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles, with the ability to contribute to project planning and coordination efforts. Experience working within project timelines and delivering on project milestones.
