English Teacher

The Corporate English language teacher will be responsible for all aspects of English level development for company employees across Grid Dynamics. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, experienced English teacher with a C2 level of English and native Spanish.

Requirements:

• Experience of teaching English in a corporate environment, especially in IT
• Experience of teaching one-on-one (online or face-to-face)
• Experience of preparing/adjusting lessons and programs of study
• Good presenting and computer skills 
• Opportunity to attend classes in the corporare office in Guadalajara
• TEFL certificates (TESOL, ESL, CELTA, DELTA, etc.) are an advantage;

Responsibilities:

• Teaching Business English and General English courses to groups of various levels, both online and in the office
• Teaching Spanish and Spanish upon request
• Exam preparation courses (IELTS, BEC, etc.)
• Developing new courses and mini-courses (4–8 sessions) to address corporate needs (internship trainings, soft skills courses, client interview preps)
• English assessment: speaking, writing, grammar, etc.
• English clubs: Grammar lab, Video class, etс.
• Conducting individual projects for engineers and managers upon management request (6–10 sessions)
• Monitoring the attendance and the students’ progress
• Providing regular feedback to the students and monthly reporting to the management
• Participating in corporate projects globally upon request (presentation proofreading) and in any other activities that require an English teacher’s presence
