Internship Coordinator
We are looking for an Internship Coordinator to support our recruiting activities.
If you have some experience or have just started your career, you’re an excellent organizer and communicator, you are passionate about being involved in the heart of the recruitment process, we’d like to meet you.
You’ll help us hire efficiently and keep our hiring process running.
Essential functions
- Drive Internship hiring: candidate screening and interviewing, collecting feedback, finalizing and facilitating the hiring process.
- Work with candidates database
- Create and post Job Descriptions, update information at dedicated resources
- Schedule interviews, greet and assist interviewees
- Cooperate with Internship program stakeholders (Management, Engineering, HR and more)
Qualifications
- 1+ of experience in the full cycle recruitment process (preferably in the Tech field)
- Upper intermediate or higher level of English
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving ability
Would be a plus
- Productivity working in high-growth environments
- Experience with applicant Tracking System / recruiting software
